The cost of the room is £50 per night to include breakfast
The price is for the room, per night for up to two persons, including breakfast. There is a single futon in the room which can be used as a single bed, if required. An extra charge is payable if a third person/child occupies the room

Public transport is available by public service bus from Bodmin/Wadebridge and the Newquay direction.
The nearest railway station is at Bodmin Parkway
The nearest airport is Newquay.

Padstow has shops, restaurants and pubs all within a couple of minutes walk of the house.

There is mobile reception, although some networks have patchy coverage.
WiFi is available free of charge. Please ask for details
There is a strict no smoking policy in the whole house.
Owners are usually available 24 hours a day.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment can be made either by cash or cheque. We can also accept Paypal. Full payment must be made prior to departure. It is most helpful if a small deposit can be paid to secure the reservation.
Cancellation / No-Show
Where the room can be re-let, there is no charge. In the event that we are unable to do this, we retain the right to charge as follows: within 7 days the full cost of the booking, 7 to 21 days a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Damages
Whilst we appreciate that some minor damages may occur, we reserve the right to charge as appropriate for any replacements or additional cleaning.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the property.
Pets
We are happy to accept small dogs for which a small extra charge will be made for extra cleaning.
Check-in and Departure times.
We would ask that guests call the day before to confirm a time of arrival. The preferred time is after 4.00pm and before 6.00pm, however we are happy for this to be flexible if pre-arranged. We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10.00am
Luggage
We are happy if you wish to leave your luggage to be collected after you have checked out. This can be helpful to those without transport. If you are using independent carriers to deliver and collect luggage, please advise us of this in advance, so that times can be arranged.
